● 球形氧化鋯磨介
● Series of Zirconia ceramic grinding media
本公司生產(chǎn)的氧化鋯磨介是采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的原料和先進(jìn)的加工工藝技術(shù)精制而成，適合各種砂磨機(jī)、磨剝機(jī)、攪拌球磨機(jī)、滾筒球磨機(jī)等對(duì)電子漿料、陶瓷粉末、磁性材料、電池原料、稀土材料、非金屬礦、油漆、顏料、油墨、水墨、重鈣、鈦白粉、農(nóng)藥、食品醫(yī)藥原料等作高效、潔凈和經(jīng)濟(jì)的分散和研磨。
與傳統(tǒng)的研磨介質(zhì)如氧化鋁球、硅酸鋯球、鋼球、瑪瑙球、玻璃珠相比，氧化鋯磨介(Y-TZP磨介)具有高密度、高硬度、高韌性等特點(diǎn)，使其具有傳統(tǒng)研磨介質(zhì)所無(wú)法比擬的研磨效率。
TZP grinding media is made of superior material and advanced technical craft. lt is suitable for any kinds of mills, such as micro- mill, attritor-mill, vibratory mill and ball mill. It can grind and disperse effectively and economically the material of electronic slurry, ceramic powder, magnetic material, battery material rareearrh material, nonmetal ore、 painting, dye, ink, calcium, titanium, pesticide food stuff, medical and so on.
Comparing with other grinding media like Alumina media, zirconia silicate media, steel media, agate media and glass media. TZP grinding media has high density and toughness and supper hardness, So it has better grinding efficiency.

氧化鋯陶瓷磨介材料是高純氧化鋯(純度99.8%以上)為主體,以3mol%氧化釔為穩(wěn)定劑,形成的穩(wěn)定的四方相結(jié)構(gòu)其常規(guī)性能指標(biāo)如下表所示:
